Tuition, Fee, and Discount Schedule
Annual Tuition, full-day Kindergarten – 6th grade:  $5,550
 New Students, K – 6th
Online Application Fee:   $50 (non-refundable)
ALL (New & Returning) Students, K-6th
January – April = $150 payment toward July’s tuition to secure your spot.
May 1 – July 1 = $200 payment toward July’s tuition to secure your spot.
Along with the payment, all paperwork must be completed.
Tuition Payments
Payment plan options start in July (10 month plan) and conclude in April.  Accounts must be current for students to participate in the end of the year activities (programs, field trips, finals).  Payments can be made through automatic withdrawal from checking or savings.  NSF payments will be charged $30 per occurrence.  Please read our complete financial policies in our Parent Handbook.
Tuition Pre-payment Discount
A three percent (3%) discount is given for annual tuition paid in full on or before July 1st.  In the case of late enrollment by new or transferring students (does not apply to re-enrolling students), the discount is available if the prorated tuition is paid in full on or before the student’s first day of school.  It may be combined with multiple child discounts.
Financial Aid
Financial Aid is available through the Arizona Private School Tax Credit for tuition for grades K – 6.  The application window varies depending on the STO (School Tuition Organization).  For a complete list of STOs that we work with and available funds, please see our Scholarship Process and Policies page.  Faith Community Church members may qualify for a separate fund.  Our bookkeeper can answer questions as well:  Kathleen Purcell,
Extended Care Fee Schedule – billed according to use
7:00 a.m. – 7:29 a.m.              $2.75 (per half hour per day)
7:30 a.m. – 8:29 a.m.              $.95 (per quarter hour per day)
12:00 p.m. – 4:59 p.m.            $.95 (per quarter hour per day)
5:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.              $2.75 (per half hour per day)
Opening and Closing times may change if minimum use is not met.
 Extended Care is billed on the 1st of each month starting in September.

10 – day ticket:        $3.50

Missing Meals Fee (per occurrence):  $5.00
Multiple Child Discount
2nd Child Discount (per year):  $250.00

Burgundy Logo Shirts-order your own at
K – 6th students must have a Burgundy Logo Shirt for chapel days.  After July 15th, a limited number of shirts are available in the school office and pricing is subject to change.  Other logo wear is available on a pre-order system – please ask the school office.
Tardy to School Fee
Per our Parent Handbook, K-6th grade students are allowed 3 “grace” tardy arrivals to school each quarter.  Upon the fourth tardy (and for each consecutive tardy that quarter), a late fee of $5.00 will be billed to the family account.  More details are available in the updated Parent Handbook.
Credit / Debit Card Fees (Visa, MC, and American Express)
Payments can be made in the school office.  Registration fees and application fees can also be paid online with credit or debit cards.
$0-$49 = $1.00                        $50 and up = 2%
Late Pick up Fee
A $1.00 per minute fee will be assessed for children picked up after the published closing time of the Extended Care Class. Early dismissal days which do not offer the Extended Care afternoon class are included.  Fees will accrue until the actual pick-up of the child(ren) by parent, guardian, or authorized pick-up person.  This is in addition to regular extended care rates.
