Tuition, Fee, and Discount Schedule
Class:  Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Enrollment Fees – all classes
Jan. 9 – May 31:          $75.00
June 1 – and on:          $125.00
Book Fee –
4-year-old PreK: $50.00 (billed with first month’s tuition)
Enrollment is Two Parts for New Students to FCA
PART 1 – Application: There is no fee due at this time. 
You will be contacted to ensure the days you requested are available, and then you move to the enrollment part.
PART 2 – Enrollment: The enrollment fee can be paid online following the schedule above.
Non – Refundable
All Fees are non-refundable at any time.The Enrollment/registration Fee must be paid to ensure placement on a class list. Placement cannot be secured until all required paperwork is turned in and fees are paid.
No Extended Care Class is available from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Opening and Closing times may change if minimum use is not met.
Extended Care is billed on the 1st of each month starting in September.
Extended Care Fee Schedule – billed according to use
7:00 a.m. – 7:29 a.m.     $2.75 (per half hour per day)
7:30 a.m. – 8:29 a.m.     $.95 (per quarter hour per day)
12:00 p.m. – 4:59 p.m.   $.95 (per quarter hour per day)
5:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.     $2.75 (per half hour per day)
Preschool Families have a “Full-day Rate Plan” available for full day preschoolers.  Ask for more information in the school office.  Arrangements are made through the bookkeeper, Kathleen Purcell,
Tuition Pre-payment Discount
A three percent (3%) discount is given for annual tuition paid in full on or before July 1st.  In the case of late enrollment by new or transferring students (does not apply to re-enrolling students), the discount is available if the prorated tuition is paid in full on or before the student’s first day of school.  It may be combined with multiple child discounts.
Tuition Payments
Payment plan options start in August (10 month plan) and payments must conclude before school is out in May.  Payments can be made through automatic withdrawal from checking or savings.  NSF payments will be charged $30 per occurrence.  Please read our complete financial policies in our Parent Handbook.
Multiple Child Discount
2nd Child Discount (per year):                 $250.00
3rd (or more) Child Discount (per year):   $350.00
Late Pick up Fee
A $1.00 per minute fee will be assessed for children picked up after the published closing time of our Extended Care. Early dismissal days which do not offer the Extended Care afternoon class are included.  Fees will accrue until the actual pick-up of the child(ren) by parent, guardian, authorized pick-up person or CPS.  This is in addition to regular extended care rates.
 Returned Check Fee (per occurrence): $30.00
Missing Meals Fee (per occurrence): No lunch fee $5.00 No breakfast (extended care only) $5.00
Credit / Debit Card Fees (Visa, MC, and American Express)
Payments can be made in the school office. 
Registration fees and application fees can also be paid online with credit or debit cards. $0-$49 = $1.00    $50 and up = 2%
